Reviews

What a wonderful place to stay for a complete rest! The comfort, care and thoughtfulness provided in Garden View by the owners for guests is outstanding. The property is very airy, light and well equipped. We really appreciated the welcome tray with homemade preserves and fresh eggs, tea and coffee. How wonderful also, to be allowed to walk around the extensive gardens of their home, which we loved as gardeners. Parham is a quiet hamlet, but ideally placed to use as a base. We enjoyed the local walks Sue mentioned and our visit to the local garden centre for a lovely coffee and scones, not to mention the well stocked nursery. Brochures galore of Suffolk destinations were on hand to browse. The spiral staircase was not an issue and car parking excellent. We would love to visit again.

Rev K,

We loved the property. it was warm and very comfortable. There were some lovely little touches too: the vase of flowers to welcome us (daffodils and winter jasmine), Fairtrade tea and coffee (a first for us, anywhere), homemade marmalade (which was delicious), 6 eggs (though we didn't eat them) and a very good selection of local guide books. We'll most definitely come again.

Mr H,

We were very grateful to be able to book a short break in August. We were made to feel very welcome and will not hesitate to book again.

Mrs W,

Lovely location, and the gardens surrounding are divine. We very much appreciated the Welcome Basket of local produce

Mr I,

A peaceful and attractive location with access to beautiful gardens. High standard apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Fresh eggs and home made marmalade left for our use. Would like to come again.

Mrs Gillian E,

Value for money but Garden View is misleading as although the gardens are lovely you cannot see the gardens from the property unless you stand up which was very disappointing

Mrs Linda H,

This was one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in.

Mr Steven B,

Lovely peaceful location perfect for a relaxing break. Very picturesque grounds and the tennis court was fun
