The room offers a pleasant outlook over Beer's main street and Jubilee gardens from two windows. There are glimpses of the sea. Newly fitted kitchen with wall and floor units, recent electric combi microwave/grill slot-in oven and washer/dryer. Bedroom with a 4'6 double bed and hanging space. Shower room with cubicle, basin and WC. Storage and airing cupboard.

Outside: Close to the beach, Jubilee Gardens, restaurants and shops.  Public car park one minute walk away - Parking Permit provided from April to September. 

Parking Permit:  included for Beer Central Car Park. The parking permit is electronic so there is nothing to display in your car.  The local office will contact you prior to your stay to request your car registration number.  The permit will be available from the check in time on the arrival day of your booking.
