Only a minute’s walk to the seafront, Esplanade, with mile long beach. The pretty Axe Harbour is an easy 10 minute level walk away and the golf course a little further. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops.

A little further onto Charmouth with the Heritage Coast Centre, offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen’, shops and weekly street market is a 15 minute drive. Ideally positioned to attend the River Cottage courses, weekend dining and special events at Park Farm, only 15 minute drive.

The accomadation is first rate. The only disadvantage is its location as it was very difficult to find and you have to leave your car in a public car park. Due to going out of season a lot of local pubs and cafes were closed or not providing full services, so something to consider.

Sovereign is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Seaton surrounded by shops, places to eat and a very short walk to the sea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful with lots of hot water. With the added benefit of a small closed-in garden, it’s a perfect place for a very good holiday.

A well presented property in a great location. Nice neutral decoration with a good size bedroom and nice shower room. Kitchen was well equipped. Directions and details on finding and accessing the property were very good and the communication was good. The staff in the local pubs were very friendly and all those we visited were dog friendly, with our dog getting quite a few biscuits! Just to add for those travelling with pets our dog struggled on the stones in the courtyard so we needed to walk to the top of the town for some grass (note two of the parks don't allow dogs and the beach is pebble although dogs are allowed).

Perfect location for everything that Seaton has to offer, supermarkets on your doorstep, plenty of cafes & coffee shops, pubs & restaurants all within walking distance, beach about a minute away. The property itself was perfect for two people, had everything we needed, a full length mirror in the bedroom would be beneficial and signage on the exterior door off the communal hallway to show where Sovereign was would be helpful. Rooms were a really good size and comfortable.

We had a fab week at this property. Luxurious bathroom, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our four-legged friend. Location is also worth a mention with pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes and the beach all within a very short walk. We will be returning.
