Holiday cottages for large groups

There’s no better way to spend a family reunion or gathering of friends than a cottage holiday. A beautiful location, plenty of space and a place to call your own for a week or a couple of days – what more could you want? We are pleased offer a vast array of holiday cottages for large groups of eight or more guests far and wide across the country.

Many of our cottages for large groups are luxury properties, meaning that they boast features such as hot tubs, swimming pools, enclosed gardens and other features that will make your time away all the more memorable. If you and your loved ones wish to bring pets, then do check out our dog-friendly collection too, as many of our pet-friendly cottages follow the theme of large groups by allowing upwards of two pets on the property.

Choosing a Destination

If you don’t already have a destination in mind for you and your guests, then perhaps we can recommend a few places. If it’s sea and sunshine at all times of year you’re looking for, then we highly recommend a trip to the south west regions of Devon, Dorset and Cornwall. Equally the coasts of Sussex and Kent are brilliant and both offer beautiful countryside a little further inland.

If you fancy a walking holiday filled with high peaks, ancient rock formations and rolling hills then look north. In Yorkshire you’ll find a range of cottages in the wild and breath-taking landscapes of the Moors and Dales; in the Lake District you’ll find the highest mountains in England and the largest lakes and in the Peak District and Derbyshire you’ll discover some of Britain’s most ancient landscapes.

For a taste of history and one of the best-loved coastlines in the world, head to Northumberland, or even further north to the Scottish Borders to be able to discover both England and Scotland during your stay. If history and the coast sounds like a good combination, then why not consider Norfolk or Suffolk too? Both have some truly spectacular AONBs and nature reserves, whilst also offering an array of historic sites dating back to the Anglo-Saxon period.

Wales is a wonderfully diverse country. On the south coast you’ll find the stunning coastlines of Gower and Mumbles, the beautiful Brecon Beacons in the middle and the sensational Snowdonia National Park in the north.

With so many places to choose from and such a variety of holiday homes for large groups, you will be sure to find something below to suit, so book today and get excited for your trip.
