Description
This beautiful boutique cottage for two is stylishly designed offering luxurious interiors and a fabulous place to stay! The picturesque fishing port with its bustling main town and long sandy beach has changed very little over the generations and has remained popular with visitors since the turn of the century and is only a five min stroll down the hill. The town (0.25 miles) has so much to offer, with a great mix of bistros, pubs, restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips, from fishing to a leisurely glass-bottom ride out to Looe Island. Less than 5 miles away is the village of Polperro with a picture-postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets, ideal for the walkers among you.
This cottage is accessed via a small communal front porch into a cosy welcoming lounge with wood burning stove, the perfect spot to snuggle up on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The dining table and chairs make for a great place to have coffee or lunch and are a great addition to the lounge. Moving through to the kitchen which is contemporary and light and offers all you need to pack up a good lunch or make breakfast in bed. Moving up the traditional cottage staircase you will find a fantastic shower room that is stylishly designed and offers complete luxury, whilst next door is the bedroom with a comfy double bed, plenty of storage, the perfect place to relax or enjoy a lazy lie in.
Outside into the rear is a large seating area laid to gravel with garden furniture as well as comfy rattan furniture the perfect place to relax with a good book or glass of wine. There is also a fabulous seating area to the front with a sea view which is perfect for your morning coffee.
