This luxurious top floor apartment boasts a stylish design and elegant finish throughout, creating a comfortable living space. With large windows and two balconies, you can take in panoramic views of Looe Bay and the stunning coastline. The gorgeous kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hearty breakfast, packed lunch, or tasty evening meal, and its large table and dishwasher makes it ideal for dining-in . The lounge is perfect for relaxing with family and friends, with a Smart TV making for a cosy night in. Along the corridor are two fabulous bedrooms, the first a stunning master with a king-size bed, plenty of natural light, and fabulous sea views from the large windows and balcony, the perfect spot to lie in or have breakfast in bed. Next door is a good size twin bedroom with plenty of storage providing ample room for rest and relaxation. Finally, completing the property, are two bathrooms.

Outside, the two balconies boast unrivalled views of the bay and provide the perfect spot to sit and relax after a day at the beach. There is also a communal garden with beach access shared by the five flats in the building.

Looe has several beautiful beaches to choose from, whether you're looking for a quiet spot to relax or a place to enjoy some water sports, there is something for everyone. With on-site parking and easy access to the A38, not to mention Looe’s own train station, the property provides an excellent base for discovering the wider area. Just 4 miles away is the charming village of Polperro, which is a delight to explore with its picturesque harbour, quaint streets, and historic buildings. Other nearby attractions include Bodmin Jail, Carnglaze Caverns, and The Eden Project (22mls) - a world-famous attraction that features two enormous biomes housing plants from all around the world. You can explore the rainforest, Mediterranean garden, and outdoor exhibits, as well as enjoy live music and events throughout the year.

We had a fantastic stay at The Bolt Hole. We have been to Looe several times and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Everything was really 10/10. The apartment itself was extremely well equipped, lovely furnishings, fantastically decorated with lovely bathrooms and kitchen. The view was amazing, waking up to the sound of the waves was heaven and sitting on the balcony with a coffee people watching, ideal. The parking whilst a little tight was invaluable. The owners really did think of everything right down to binoculars and bath robes and slippers. We would 100% recommend this apartment and would love to stay again.

This is a fabulous apartment with one of the best locations I have ever stayed. We all felt completely relaxed the moment we walked in the door. (3 adults). The owners have done a beautiful job decorating this apartment and sitting on the balcony with a coffee first thing in the morning every day, with that view, watching the boats leaving port was just sublime!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The 67 steps up to the apartment are more than worth it for the amazing view overlooking the beach and the parking space is invaluable. We would love to stay in the Bolt Hole again next time we return to Looe.

Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. Parking is tight so recommend only a small car. Lots of steps to get to the apartment but good exercise after all those pasties and well worth the view. Decor is beautiful and beds are very comfy. Wonderful touch having the robes and slippers. Highly recommend.
