Situated in an elevated position from where you can enjoy fabulous views of the iconic St Michael's Mount, Chy Merthen is just a short stroll to the centre of Marazion village with its eclectic array of galleries, restaurants and gift shops. Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout with a well-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable lounge and separate dining room, Chy Merthen is a great home away from home from which to base your holiday.
Upstairs the double and twin bedrooms enjoy views out towards St Michael's Mount, whilst the rear single bedroom has a lovely rural outlook. Chy Merthen benefits from good sized gardens to the front and rear with patio seating and lawns. Across the road is a children's play park. There is allocated parking space for two cars outside the property.
If you're part of a larger group and a party member has a dog, then an added bonus is that it is next door to the pet friendly Chy Merthen East. The two properties can be rented together to accommodate up to seven for a 10% discount (excludes school holidays).
This property offers a small group discount of 10% for parties of 2 or fewer on full weekly bookings at certain times of the year. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this.
