Description

Perched high above the Granite and Blue elvin rocks and on the waters edge Dolphin is a compact, well equipped, second floor apartment that commands stunning views of the town and harbour. With beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants nearly on your door step it's a great base to explore everything St Ives has to offer.

Two flights of stairs in the communal hallway take you up to the top floor and entrance to Dolphin. On entering the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner the first thing you see is the magnificent far reaching views of the Harbour, town and across to Hayle towans and Godrevy Lighthouse. There is a TV, DVD player, electric cooker, fridge and microwave. In the light and airy bedroom is a 4ft 6in and the en-suite comprises of a Shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

The views from the living area are outstanding. It is also quiet considering it is located by a popular walkway to the beach. We were there at the end of June before high season. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location is fab. Unfortunately we weren’t aware that you could reserve parking at the nearby station car park which would have been ideal as the moment you leave it is very unlikely that you will get a space on your return. You would therefore have to park much further away. Therefore we did feel a bit tied to St Ives.

One word…. Perfect! ♥️ The station long stay car park was cheap as chips for a weeks stay! Approx £15, which can be paid on arrival. Fabulous location and stunning views. The cottage was a lot more spacious! Entrance area for coats, footwear and fishing tackle, keeping everything in one place before going upstairs to the accommodation! Accommodation super cosy and very comfortable, also very clean. Being able to have the windows fully open, seeing, feeling and breathing the ocean air was delightful and an absolute treat! Warm and toastie at all times! We have already recommended to others, and we are looking to see when we can visit again! Off season suits us better! A really great stay! One of the best!
