Reviews

We had a wonderful week in St Ives in a tidy, bright flat with a central location and a great sea view. The noise from the pub across the road that offers late, loud music was the only downside to this property. If you intend to stay over a weekend, be warned, the sound carries and lasts until 1am! If you are a light sleeper and like an early night, this might not be the place for you. If you are up for a later night or sleep through noise then it isn’t a problem. A lovely property otherwise.

Miss G,

I have stayed on Fore street on many occasions and did find the noise more noticeable than any other apartment. The apartment it self was fantastic, well decorated and clean.

Miss D,

High Quality Comfortable Apartment in Central Location

Ms H,

Only on the days the oub is quiet.

Miss L,

Apartment tastefully furnished. Very clean. Stairs extremely steep. Was difficult getting a case up and down. Checked out 4 nights early as so sleep deprived from extremely noisy pub opposite. Pub closes at 1am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday but people gather outside until at least 2am. The smoke from people's cigarettes come into the bedroom.

Mrs W,

Beatiful apartment in centre of town very clean . Amazing veiw of harbour and lovely sun rise .car parking by train station not far away and for the week to park was only £27. Only thing if your after early night be aware there's a pub over the road that's open till 1am can be noisy from the thursday and over weekend . And bin men and delivery's are working most days from 6

Mr G,

Seascapes offers a very cozy and well-furnished apartment that's perfect for exploring local beaches, shops, and restaurants. While the location is great, be aware of the nearby pub that plays live music until late on some nights (Thu-Sat only). If you're into lively nightlife, you'll love it; otherwise, pack earplugs

Mrs W,

Wow, a wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. Take a trip to seal island with tiger Lilly boat trips and eat at Porthminster kitchen, portmeor cafe and Porthgwidden cafe for fabulous fresh fish. The rum and crab shack is a firm favourite too, just for their Mac cheese! Enjoy 3 lively nights at the Castle inn, if you can’t beat them… join them! Or take ear plugs, if revelry is not your thing. Parking is easily found. A lovely welcome pack awaits. Just book it!

Mrs P,

Wow !!! What a fantastic location to spend on holiday, the apartment has everything you could possibly ask for, Perfect for the beaches and the cobbled streets/restaurants/bars. Bed was comfortable with plump pillows.Would definitely stay again

Mr M,

Seascapes is a beautiful accomodation and has all the furnishings to make your holiday amazing and I would recommend to everyone. Seascape is very central for all the shops and beaches as well as the galleries and the Cornwall coastal bus rides etc. The only downside could be the loud enterainment by the local public house which are steps across the road from the accomodation. The late enterainment nights were only three out of the seven nights which was very popular and flowed in the streets. Obviously, if late night enterainment of great interest then it is prefer for you but felt I have to point it out incase not. `

Mrs M,

A beautifully appointed and decorated upper storey flat in the hub of St Ives, with a view over the harbour between the roof tops. This comfortable, cosy, bright and airy flat is exactly what we needed for the perfect seaside break. Proximity to the SW coastal walk is a real bonus, with beautiful cliff top walks in both directions east and west from St Ives provide fabulous vistas of the coast and magical glimpses into romantic azure coves and caves on the way. Seascapes has a lovely vibe and with delicious pasty and breakfast pastry shops on your doorstep, you want for nothing. The local Co op is useful for daily groceries, but there are speciality fruit and veg in the friendly shop below. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this gem of an apartment. Be sure to book a table at The Source Kitchen at 6, Digey (lovely fresh fish & vegetarian options which we very much enjoyed.

Ms K,

Great stay at seascapes cottage. Great location, close to all things of interest in at Ives. Very clean and everything you could ask for in a mini break! There is a pub opposite, which is open and plays live music until 1am in the morning Thursday-Saturday. This did keep us up later than we had intended so be wary if you want a peaceful/early night holiday! It was a great stay and would return again!
