Description

Situated just steps from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the harbour front, 3 Lower Saltings has been comfortably furnished, is well equipped and the ideal bolthole for those looking to take in all the town has to offer.

Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has two steps leading down into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has a Smart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.

A lovely, warm modern interior, the bathroom is a treat. We loved being able to walk out straight onto the beach. Stepping out into a small courtyard made it quiet with a secure feeling. This was our second visit this year so we noticed some wear and tear - on the carpet and heating system - but as this was late November I'm sure winter is the time for repairs. a Lovely relaxing place to enjoy St Ives.
