Description

Originally a 19th Century barn, this well put together holiday home is all on one level with open plan living and easy access throughout. It retains charm and character with some exposed brick walls and is located just a few moments from the coast on a designated Quiet Lane, which is a part of a rural scheme to attract walkers, cyclists and horse riders. The oak bespoke kitchen is well equipped and the cottage also features an open ensuite wet room in addition to the bathroom. Relax by the garden pond, enjoy a barbecue on warmer days and don’t forget to bring the dog that is welcome too. The area is rich in local attractions with the Royal Cromer Golf Club, a tennis/squash club and a Woodlands Leisure Centre with swimming pool & gym 5 mins away. There are lovely beaches nearby, good walks straight from the cottage and plenty to do at any time of the year. Extensive gardens of about an acre where guests are welcome to exercise their dog.
