Reviews

The cottage is in a perfect location and the parking space is a bonus in Holt. We have stayed here a couple of times and would say it is perfect for us. It smells fresh when first entering and is indeed very clean and smart. Very comfortable and warm. We stayed just before Christmas and the two Christmas trees were a lovely touch.

Mrs S,

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic little town with all amenities close by. The cottage has everything we needed and was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Lots of places for walks and Holt is fantastic!

Mrs M,

Well appointed cottage with off road parking.

Mrs W,

Amazing cottage - well equipped with quality items, a real home from home. Immaculately clean which was lovely. Brilliant location with off road parking for one car. We have an estate car and managed to park relatively easily. Anything bigger might be an issue. Centrally located with a very short walk to the Main Street in Holt. Lovely choice of independent shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Be aware they are charging for parking in the Budgens supermarket car park.

Mr B,

I spent a long time trying to find this year's holidays accommodation, and we weren't disappointed. Was a great cottage and location. Off-street parking was a great bonus in a tight street. I usually take some of our kitchen utensils as one doesnt really knows what the equipment levels would be like, this year I forgot, but I was surprised and pleased that the cottage kitchen was well equipped, one minor thought suggestion would be a wok ! Thus the cottage and standard of it was very very nice, well maintained within.

Mr H,

We had a fantastic time, 1st holiday with our dog. The cottage was perfect for us, the village was lovely and friendly, also great location to other nearby beaches and walks. Highly recommend!

Mrs H,

Really lovely cottage in a great location.

Mr R,

A super house right in the middle of Holt and yet with a valuable parking space! We had a very hot week so the walled garden was also lovely. Beautifully clean and great equipment in the kitchen. Showers were great too. Really cannot fault it - definitely a great holiday home!

Mrs A,

We all loved the cottage. It was definitely a home from home. All furniture etc were lovely and not the mix from charity shops that some rentals look as though they are! All quality here and would definitely recommend and come back again. Close to the village for all amenities. Parking space was a bonus. Thank you very much.

Ms W,

lovely cottage,convenient location

Mrs N,

Great cottage to stay in. Centrally located, within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. Nicely designed interior, very clean and comfortable.

Ms S,

Our 4th stay in this wonderful cottage - that says it all!

Mr M,

A beautiful property in a great location. Everything is to a high standard- home from home with quality furnishings. Highly recommended although if you are older or infirm, the staircase steps are very narrow depth wise so these could be tricky. We would love to return one day

Mrs B,

We spent a very happy week at this gorgeous cottage in Holt. It was immaculately clean on arrival and well equipped with a stylish contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. The location is perfect, on a quiet no through road but only a couple of minutes walk from the High Street. Parking is a little tight but we managed fine in a small 4x4. We highly recommend staying at Holly Tree Cottage, a great base to explore the beautiful Norfolk Coast.

Ms B,

Great location with parking. Beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds.

Mrs H,

Beautiful cottage. Lovely modern kitchen and bathrooms. Very good location with parking. We appreciated the wood for the wood burners. It was all very cosy and comfortable.

Dr L,

We have now rented eight different properties in Holt over the years and can say without doubt that this cottage has been the best yet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have already booked again for next year.

Mr W,

Lovely cottage in a great location. Spotlessly clean and good quality towels and linen and lovely furniture. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and good range of cooking utensils. Very warm and cosy and the Christmas trees and decs were a nice touch.

Previous Customer,

Fabulous stay .love this cottage. We wanted to book again for Christmas 2024. But unfortunately it's all ready booked.

Ms R,

Holly Tree Cottage is a lovely comfortable place, in a perfect location close to the town centre, but also very quiet. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. The log burners in the lounge & dining room makes both rooms super cosy. The addition of the two Christmas trees was a thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend it.

Mrs S,

What a fabulous property, perfectly positioned in this gorgeous town. Decor, furniture and cleanliness wonderful, comfortable and cosy. Can’t wait to stay again.

Ms B,

Excellent property fitted out to a high specification.

Mrs W,

This was our 3rd stay at Holly Tree Cottage and we have already booked to go again! The cottage is a real home from home and is in an excellent location. Although we don't have a dog ourselves we met up with relatives who do, and were pleased to find that the front bars of both the Feathers and the King's Head are very dog-friendly.

Mr M,

Lovely, clean, well equipped properly - perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The cottage is in a superb location in beautiful Holt, just a 2 min walk from the centre and off road parking a bonus, too!
