Description
Saltrock Cottage is a recently refurbished lovely detached property located in the heart of the market town of Kingsbridge. Comfortably sleeping five in two very spacious bedrooms, this property is great for families and is in the ideal location to explore the beautiful South Hams. With plenty of local shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep there is something for all the family to enjoy. Kingsbridge is also on the bus route and you can easily access many of the other beautiful towns such as Salcombe and Dartmouth. You will be a short drive away from Bantham, well known for its fabulous surf community, it is easy to spend the day with family and friends on this beautiful sandy beach.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining area: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, wall mounted 42" Smart TV, wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine.
Lounge: 42" Smart TV (Freeview, Guests can sign into their own Netflix), corner sofa, coffee table and occasional chair.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: King size bed, bedside tables with lamps, large open wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed and one single bed, bedside table with lamp, built-in wardrobe.
Family Shower room: Large walk in shower, w.c., and vanity unit.
Separate WC: W.C. and vanity unit
Parking: Private parking is not available, however there is plenty of on street parking on Duncombe Street (please check parking times) and several nearby car parks.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Pets Welcome: Maximum of two pets accepted at £25 per pet per week.
Power & Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent.
Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels).
