Bumble Barn will fill you with absolute delight! This eco barn is a true treasure and the shape and stylish interior will capture your heart from the moment you see it. Situated in a peaceful and secluded hamlet along the old Roman road between coastal Hythe and medieval Canterbury, it is perfectly located for countryside, seaside and city activity. The open living space, with its panoramic window and French doors, draws light, sunshine and the stunning view over the outside patio and open countryside into the room. The master bedroom and en suite, two twin bedrooms and further bathroom, are beautifully presented within this unique space and provide comfort and versatility for friends and family looking for something special. If you can bear to leave Bumble Barn, you can walk or cycle to a variety of old country pubs or be picking up your warm croissant and locally made honey for breakfast from the village shop. Entrance into a hallway with bamboo composite flooring throughout leading to the bedrooms and bathroom and on into the open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Room at the end of the building.

Out and about: Along with everything the rural villages of Kent have to offer, the popular seaside town of Hythe is only 9 miles away and great for water sports, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing and sea fishing. The historic cathedral city of Canterbury is 10 miles in the opposite direction with its famous cathedral, a variety of restaurants, shopping, theatre and beautiful gardens within the city walls. Terlingham vineyard near Folkestone is a boutique, family-run vineyard producing unique natural wines, offering vineyard walks and tastings. New Romney with its range of sandy beaches is perfect for a day trip through old smuggling villages on the marsh or cycling through unique habitats for bird life. Port Lympne Zoo is within easy reach and the towns of Whitstable, Sandwich and Ramsgate, all great for day trips. The harbour at Folkestone has been restored and if you feel like venturing across the channel, the port of Dover is 30 minutes and the Channel Tunnel 20 minutes. High speed trains to London are on the doorstep and the International Station for Eurostar to Paris, Lille and Brussels.
