On entering the property you are welcomed into the open plan living/kitchen and dining area. The olive green DeVol cabinets in the kitchen set off this beautifully furnished room. Well equipped with all you will need and more, such as Riedel glassware, Burleigh crockery, Wüsthof knives, Le Creuset cookware, and Masterclass bakeware to make the most of your luxury self catering experience. Bakers and cooks alike will fall in love with the state-of-the-art Wolf range cooker!

The sitting area has a Samsung Frame Smart TV for guests to enjoy, which discretely displays artwork when it is not in use. The wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas make this property ideal for cosy winter breaks also.

Upstairs the property boasts three beautiful bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a family bathroom fitted with a luxurious roll top bath and a rain shower over the bath. Shop: 400 yards. Pub: 150 yards.

Mole End and Garden Lodge are situated next to each other and can be booked together to accommodate larger parties.

Bedroom 2:  Double bed with Hypnos mattress, storage for clothing, large Juliet Balcony doors opening to outside.
Bedroom 3: Two singles, storage for clothing. Small singles for children can be made into double upon request.

Parking: On street parking opposite on Constitution Hill or Gardner Road. Guests can drive onto courtyard in the mews to drop off luggage.
Pets: One dog welcome – not allowed upstairs please. Dog bowl provided.
Heating: Under floor heating throughout - every bedroom and living space is an individually controlled zone using Nest thermostats.

Notes: Hotel-grade bed linen, hypoallergenic duvet and pillows, towels, and bathrobes included. Dyson hairdryers also provided. Travel cot with extra mattress and bedsheet and highchair available upon request. Traditional games such as Monopoly and Scrabble, puzzles and deck of cards provided. Approved BASC safe.
