Description

One of the most sought after holiday homes in the village, if not Cornwall, Ocean Blue enjoys a superb beach-side position and attracts returning guests year after year. Decorated in a colour scheme that induces an instant feeling of relaxation on entering, the house has many eco-living features and has a heat recovery system, solar panel hot water and under-floor heating. There is also the added benefit of private parking in a car port.

The absolutely captivating sea views sweep out across Mounts Bay towards Lands End in one direction and the Lizard Peninsula to the other and can be enjoyed from two balconies.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5’), bedside units, clothes storage, TV with DVD player, sea views, glass door to balcony.
Shower Room: Shower, basin, WC.

Two balconies both with outstanding views. Decked terrace with outdoor seating, sea views. Private parking.

Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in rent. Underfloor heating, solar panel hot water.
