Reviews

Lovely accommodation with everything you need for a great holiday. We would most definitely book again.

Mrs W,

Overall very comfortable and well equipped. Convenient location

Mr W,

Beautiful apartment, very comfy beds and shower were amazing. There was plenty of wardrobe space to put your clothes, bags and suitcase away. Parking was a bonus as the carpark opposite is always full. The views from the covered balcony was great to sit, eat, drinnk and just watch the views and watch the world go by. We love Fowey and this place was our favorite place to stay in, can't wait to come back next year to this property. Thank you very much, our holiday was amazing.

Miss L,

Amazing property, clean, warm and very well equipped. Amazing beds and showers. Great location with a parking space. Highly recommended!

Mrs C,

This is the second time we have stayed at Number 10! The property is beautifully clean, has every you need, well appointed, with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by up and down the river! Its a fantastic location for exploring Fowey and the surrounding area! Parking is the bonus!

Miss P,

We enjoyed our July week in 10 the old station masters apartment - despite the unseasonable weather ☔️. The Apartment was well situated and we enjoyed watching the activity on the river from the windows and balcony. The apartment was well equipped and luxurious - parking was great. Will hopefully return at some stage.

Ms W,

Modern and well located property with parking. Also had a balcony that we were able to use during periods of rain

Mr James F,

Location

If you haven't yet discovered Fowey, you've got a treat in store.  Full of multicoloured cottages, perched on the hillsides leading down to the sea, this little fishing town has lots to tempt visitors.

There is an entrancing collection of unique local shops and boutiques, along with harbourside cafes, pubs which will give you a hearty welcome and a good atmosphere, and restaurants offering tempting local produce.  If you want a unique insight into the local species in these waters, you could visit Fowey Aquarium, whose residents include specimens brought in by local fishermen.

If you're a fan of Daphne du Maurier, you may want to visit the Literary Centre, which gives information and exhibits about the author and her life and work.  There is also the Fowey Festival of Words and Music, held in May, in which du Maurier, and many other authors, artists and musicians, are celebrated.  Another great spectacle is the Fowey Royal Regatta, held in August.

Fowey lies within one of the many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Cornwall, and the backdrop of the surrounding countryside, with its tidal creeks, rolling fields and rugged cliffs, will make you want to return here again and again.
