Reviews

We had a lovely stay at Perry Acres Cottage. What a fabulous place and tastefully renovated cottage and we loved the quirkiness of it.

Mr H,

The cottage was lovely and clean, also very quiet and a good center for touring around Suffolk

Mrs H,

This cottage is absolutely delightful- spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped - very peaceful.

Mrs B,

The cottage was immaculate. Right from arriving, then exploring the 400yr old cottage it was evident a lot of time and effort had been put into the presentation of this beautiful property. It really did feel like we were the first ones to step foot in it. It had everything we needed and really was a home from home. We loved our time in Suffolk but equally we loved our time in the cottage and was very sad to leave. Thank you so very much as cleanliness is so important to us and you nailed it.

Miss K,

A wonderful cottage in a superb location. Very peaceful, perfect from getting away from it all.

Mrs K,

Had a fab stay at Perry Acres for a long weekend. Well equipped and cosy cottage! Very clean, a comfy bed and a good shower. Shame we didn't get to use the courtyard as the weather was rubbish but I can imagine it would be lovely In the sunshine! In a lovely quiet location but only about 10 minutes from Framlingham for all the amenities you need. Even though we were a very last minute booking there was still a welcome gift of crisps, local wine, milk and bottled water as well as plenty of wood for the log burner. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again!

Mrs V,

Perry Cottage was just perfect! Very well decorated, cosy place to sit and have a log fire. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a massive bath and great shower. It was in a brilliant location for walks and exploring the towns and villages of Suffolk.

Miss B,

The perfect, cosy, characterful cottage to hide in! Everthing you can possibly want, and more, is beautifully presented. Love the place!

Mrs B,

We have enjoyed our week here and thank you for the treats. Such a comfortable and cosy cottage to return to after a days exploration in Suffolk. Our first visit, but not our last. Lovely means too. The Mill House, Saxstead and The Dennington Queen (A visit here is a must) Countryside is beautiful too. We look forward to returning soon.

Past Customer,

Beautifully restored cottage in a convenient location for exploring this part of Suffolk. Very cosy and comfortable.

Mrs T,

It was a pleasure to visit your very comfortable cottage and lucky to have some autumnal weather. We revisited some of our favourite haunts especially Aldeburgh. We went to Christchurch Mansion in Ipswich, principally to see the art collection and a couple of special exhibitions Pleased to find the second hand book shop in Framingham had a new owner and was keen to maintain its continuity. The Crown Hotel in Framlingham was a very good choice for an evening meal.

Past Customer,

The perfect cottage in the perfect location! A charming place to hide away or access some gorgeous pubs and countryside.

Mrs B,

I came back! Such a gorgeous cottage i couldn't wait and this time we brought my other half. We've had a lovely week and eaten far to much of your amazing food here in Suffolk. Hopefully back in the spring to this perfect holiday cottage. Thank you for all the little touches.

Past Customer,

Thank you for a super stay at Perry Acres, your cottage was delight! Beautiful renovations throughout and so well equipped. Thank you! We have enjoyed all of days out especially rowing on Thorpeness Meare. Great fun! The market produce at Framlingham Market was great and we even met someone from our home town who brews local beer! Negotiating your stair case was easy because your rail supports are in just the right position, excellent attention to detail. Thank you again for a great stay, its been a joy to visit. Thank you for the welcome pack too.

We have had a lovely week away in this beautifully renovated cottage. Our 5 year old loved having his room on the top floor, 'King of the Castle'.
