It is a feel good village with a friendly vibe, making all of its visitors feel welcome and right at home. Reviews

Absolutely beautiful place, set in an idyllic village. Cosy and comfortable.

Ms H,

The cottage is full of character, spacious and well equipped. The location is ideal for visiting attractions in the area.

Mr B,

V comfortable, Great location and garden. Friendly helpful owner. Excellent electric shower main bathroom.. Choice of 7 tables for breakfast if weather fine.

Mr W,

Cottage was very spacious and a lovely garden and hot tub. It would benefit from a gate or some sort of barrier at the top near the garage so dogs are completely safe. The owner was very obliging in sorting a couple of issues.

Mrs T,

What a beautiful cottage in a perfect location.

Mr G,

Lovely cottage, beautiful garden and close to amenities. Great choice for days out, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby were two we enjoyed.

Mrs H,

The property location was very good and on the whole was good but there are a few things which could be improved such as:- 1. the quality of the double bed is not good as it is made up of two different beds and they are not at the same level nor does one of the beds have a head board. 2. There are no directions on the website to tell you how to find the dedicated parking spot at the rear of the property. 3. There is a DVD player but you are not made aware that there are no DVD's until you arrive at the property. 4. The property information pack in the cottage is out of date as the location given for the guy who looks after the hot tub is out of date.
