Moreover, Seaton boasts several outstanding attractions, including the brand-new Jurassic-themed Play Park, Seaton Tramway, and Cliff Field Gardens and Labyrinth. With all these amenities and natural beauty, this property is perfect for a delightful seaside vacation.

A pretty yellow door welcomes you into this lovingly Grade II listed cottage which has been furnished in a romantic French style. There is a cosy lounge to relax in with a cute feature fireplace, along with a Smart TV and delightfully comfortable sofas to unwind after a day out exploring your wonderful surroundings. Walk through to the well-equipped kitchen, the perfect place to socialise and cook meals together. There is also a utility room offering more storage space and a large freezer. The separate dining room is perfect to congregate for those special moments. Upstairs you will find two double rooms, both with stunning vintage French beds, but with the modern convenience of USB sockets. The single room next to them, also has a pretty vintage French bed. The family bathroom has been beautifully designed for a 'zen' space to refresh after your explorations. A complimentary parking permit is provided for Beer Central Car Park.

A brilliant cottage in an idyllic village the stream is therapeutic at night the people of the village are equally pleasant to redidents or tourists. Smugglers kitchen brilliant book in advance 4 excellent beaches close by. Donkey sanctuary and all in all what you expect from a stunning British location

Great stay at Primrose cottage, we had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday in Beer. Owners were really responsive and the cottage had lots of space indoors and in the garden outside. Parking permit for local Beer carpark was really handy. Location was great for Beer local stores, restaurants and the beach. The walk to Branscombe was a real highlight!
