Description

Shearwaters is a modern two bedroom cottage located in the seaside town of Seaton, situated at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, with the South West Coast Path and Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve.   This holiday home is a great base for families or couples looking to enjoy all that this fabulous part of East Devon has to offer. In addition to the town's attractions, the beautiful beach of Seaton is within a few minutes walk - grab your picnic and get ready to spend a day at the beach with your loved ones! 

GROUND FLOOR

Open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, delonghi coffee machine, electric oven and gas hob. Dining area with a table and four chairs and living area with two two seater sofas, flat screen TV and small set of tables. 

Downstairs W.C. with hand basin. 


FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 2: Zip & Link Super king bed (made as singles on request), bedside cabinet with lamp and a large fitted wardrobe. 

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, W.C. and hand basin.

Garden Enclosed garden with seating.

Parking Allocated parking space for two cars.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power & Heat: Gas and Electricity included in Rent.

Lovely comfortable place to stay, sorry we only had four nights here. We will definitely be back. Welcome tray of wine, crisps and biscuits was very thoughtful. Seaton is a good base to travel to the numerous beaches along the Jurassic coast. Recommend the ship in Axmouth for Sunday lunch and Seaton fish bar for fish and chips. Finishing touches cafe is good for a snack.

Excellent location, walking distance to Tesco, beach and Town AND the Seaton trams, almost don’t need to use the car. Garden nice sun-trap, two toilets a boon when family visit

The cottage itself was very comfortable and the locationwas god beibg only a tem minute walk to the shops and seafront and the parking for two cars an added bonus. Would have no hesitatio in staying at Sheerwater again.

Beautiful house that my family spent the half term on. Located right next to a major supermarket which is very helpful. The company even set up the twin beds for us, instead of having to figure it out ourselves. Loved walking into tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Just what was needed after heavy traffic on the motorway. The overall property and location was very good, nice house and facilities. Upon arrival it would have been useful to have an ariel view of the property with detailed directions to the parking area and rear garden. The central heating thermostate was complicated to adjust. Good Holiday :)
