Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops. A little further on to Charmouth with Heritage Coast Centre offering fossil hunting walks, rock pool rambles and special marine events.

The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Kitchen’, shops and weekly street market is a 15-minute drive. Ideally positioned to attend the River Cottage courses, weekend dining and special events at Park Farm, only a 15-minute drive.

We loved our stay at the apartment - it is in a great location as well as being comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and the beds are comfy. It was exactly as shown in the photographs and it is the perfect base for exploring the local area. We enjoyed visits to Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Exeter and Charmouth. The apartment has supermarkets, shops, cafes and pubs just a short walk away as well as attractions such as The Donkey Sanctuary and Beer Quarry an easy drive away. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Seaton.

Lovely apartment, good location for exploring Devon and Dorset. Beach a 3 minute walk away. Parking permit a bonus as daily parking charges are expensive. We would be happy to return.

A beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Conveniently located for exploring Seaton, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and Seaton’s great choice of cafes and takeaways. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, comfortable, large and well-equipped apartment. Excellent location, amenities easily accessible within minutes, although a view over an Aldi carpark and a large building site is a compromise for such convenience of being so central. The alarm of the restaurant just underneath the bedroom windows going off at 11:30pm on the second night was rather unpleasant especially as it took about 15 minutes for the alarm to be turned off. I suppose this was just unlucky for us. Hot water tank runs out very quickly and unless the booster setting is then activated numerous times during the day, one would need to wait for the next day to have access to hot water, which is less than ideal on a holiday.
