Location and Area:
Excellent seafront location with magnificent mile long beach and Esplanade just across the road.

An excellent holiday location with just a 5-minute walk to the local shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs, are all to hand.

The pretty Axe Harbour is a 5-minute walk and the golf course a little further.

Travel on the famous Seaton tramway along the Axe Valley passing Seaton Marshes and Nature Reserves, stopping off at Colyford and the small market town of Colyton. Just a short walk to the South West Coast Path, in one direction to the picturesque fishing village of Beer, a little further to Branscombe and in the opposite direction to Lyme Regis with famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops and restaurants.

A perfect base to explore this interesting stunning area on the Devon/Dorset border.

Quality is our rating on the whole visit / experience. The accomodation was well provisioned with appliances / facilities. Small touches also like a pack of biscuits, dishwasher tablets, small carton of milk and a bottle of wine provided for one's use / enjoyment. The flat could not be better located reference the beach / sea and the view. Within reach of everything one could want to have a really nice time.

Apartment is clean comfortable & well equipped. A walk in shower would be better than the bath with shower over that is rather difficult to get in & out of. Everything else was perfect.

A very comfortable apartment with excellent sea views. The location is ideal for all facilities i.e. restaurants, shops and attractions. It is well equipped with everything you can want and more. A text from Jill the owner telling us that we could occupy the property before the published arrival time was much appreciated and the welcome pack with milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine was a nice touch.

We had a lovely week at Seashells, the property was immaculately clean, and had everything you could want, the kitchen was very well equipped with all the usual kitchen items and more . The view is perfect, looking out to sea from the lounge and even when in the bedroom. The little extras on arrival were a lovely surprise, tea, milk, cookies and a lovely bottle of wine . We loved it and will be back .
