The famous beautiful Connaughts Gardens with an excellent range of plants and café are situated on the coastline, from these gardens a flight of white steps called ‘Jacobs Ladder’ takes you to the sandy beach below.
The seaside village of Branscombe with working forge, Old Bakery Tea rooms and mill, two traditional inns serving excellent food and the fishing village of Beer are a 15 minute drive away, passing by the famous Donkey Sanctuary at Weston.
The stunning coastal resort of Lyme Regis is only a 25 minute drive. Ideally positioned for the many coastal walks on the South West Coast Path.
