Ettiford Farm Cottages are high quality barn conversions within a traditional farmyard setting. Nestling in a green valley, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, they are located on the fringes of Exmoor National Park and just three miles from the dramatic North Devon Coastline. The farm itself extends to 120 acres, including 20 acres of woodland and has the benefit of an on site Clay Pigeon Shoot, which welcomes both beginners and experienced shots. A games room is provided for the use of cottage guests complete with a pool table, table football,dartboard, a selection of books and DVDs.  All the cottages have eco friendly design features and are participants in the Green Tourism Award scheme. This fabulous single storey barn conversion with eco credentials is set amidst a wooded valley in the beautiful Devonshire countryside yet just a few minutes drive from the superb sandy beaches of Woolacombe and stunning coastal scenery of  Ilfracombe. Oak Cottage is the perfect choice for an activity break as the South West Shooting School is on site, and horse riding, jeep drives and quad biking can be found very close by. Sharing a courtyard with Hazel Cottage, the front entrance leads through to a large open plan living room with dining area and fitted kitchen. This impressive room with large comfy leather sofas combines style, space and light having stunning vaulted ceiling and triple aspect windows boasting lovely views over the fields and hills. The country cream kitchen with solid oak worktops and useful breakfast bar is extremely well equipped and the separate dining area offers lots of space for leisurely family meals. The inner hallway leads to an attractive double bedroom and stylish twin bedroom both served by a pristine modern bathroom. The front courtyard patio is a great spot to relax in the sunshine, have an al fresco meal or enjoy a bottle of wine after a busy day exploring all that this special area has to offer.
