Laid out over three floors and with views over the river and along the valley towards the picturesque village of Lynmouth, the cottage offers a balance of character and high quality contemporary style. A spacious ground floor open plan living/dining room has a comfy seating area and woodburner for the cooler seasons and the dining area opens into a well equipped country style kitchen. Three stylish bedrooms decorated in modern calming colours can be found on the first and second floors, two with views over the river. The rear patio is a good spot for dining alfresco or relaxing after a day exploring this beautiful area of North Devon. All village amenities are within a 5 minute walk including the picturesque harbour, riverside walks and a choice of pubs, tearooms and restaurants. River Cottage offers a perfect base from which to enjoy all that is on offer in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including renowned beauty spots such as Watersmeet, The Doone Valley and The Valley of the Rocks.

Kitchen with induction range cooker(5 induction rings and double oven), microwave, fridge/freezer, butler sink, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor Bedroom 1 with King and ensuite bathroom with WC, basin and shower over the bath. Bedroom 2 with Twin.  Shower room with WC and basin. Second Floor Bedroom 3 with Twin accessed by a steep staircase.
