Description

This is the perfect location for beach lovers, with spectacular views of the beautiful Putsborough Beach. Set on the North Devon coast, this area is popular for swimming, surfing and other water sports activities. With 3 miles of soft golden sand, you can walk over to Woolacombe, which offers a mix of independent cafes, pubs and shops. The pretty village of Georgeham (1.5 miles) also has local shops and two popular village pubs. For keen walkers, you will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path and its rugged coastline on your doorstep, or if you are looking for moorland walks then a trip to Exmoor National Park (17 miles) is the perfect location for discovering this magical area. For younger guests, a visit to Watermouth Castle Family Adventure Park or Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park are a must, and both are within 14 miles.

As you enter through the porch door, leave your sandy shoes or muddy boots behind, and enjoy the spectacular views from this open-plan apartment. With comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, kick back and relax, maybe watching a movie after a day of adventures. The open-plan kitchen is a lovely sociable area to enjoy whipping up a favourite recipe, boasting the best table in town, looking across Putsborough Beach. There are two bedrooms, a king-size with a Smart TV, and a bunk bedroom. Completing this lovely apartment are a shower room and a family bathroom.

Step out onto the balcony from the lounge and enjoy morning coffees or watch the magnificent sunsets. There is also a shared area with benches and a shared, heated indoor swimming pool.
