It is perfectly placed for exploring everything the town has to offer and is within easy reach of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth, and Totnes (all within 10 miles). Still one of the busiest fishing ports in the UK. Fish is at the heart of the town with delicious seafood on the menu everywhere. There are also plenty of places to sample local food, homemade cakes and coffee as well as a choice of beaches, traditional pubs and coastal walks to enjoy. The property is ideal for a spacious romantic retreat or a getaway with friends.

Brixham is a hive of activity throughout the year. In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the like Brixham's Legendary Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns lights & 'luminations. Also Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show in the local area.

This property has no outside space. However, Breakwater Beach is 0.5 miles away from the apartment and Brixham’s buzzy high street is a short walk down Cavern Steps.
