Opt for a car-free excursion by taking a ferry for day trips to nearby gems like Torquay, Salcombe and Totnes. For a touch of literary history, Agatha Christie's former holiday residence is a mere 5.5-mile drive away, complete with a delightful National Trust Garden to meander through.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

This seaside first floor apartment is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With comfort and convenience on the first floor, this has superb panoramic views across to the sea and marina. As you enter through the front door, you'll find yourself in the lounge/diner which is perfect for catching up with family and friends. The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, centred around a Smart TV for your entertainment, whilst the dining area has seating for all. Adjacent to the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for your stay, whether it's a picnic for a day exploring or a hearty home-cooked meal one evening. From the lounge, you'll find the two bedrooms, a king-size and a bunk room, making this great for a group of friends or families with children. Completing this lovely apartment is the well-appointed, modern and contemporary bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a WC.

Despite not having an outdoor space, you’ll be within 200 metres of the marina  and 0.5 miles of Jubilee Park where you can have a stroll and take the dogs for a walk.

Reviews

Lovely place to stay but just a few things added would have made this the perfect place to stay. There was no information pack so didn't know where to put rubbish etc, no where to hang towels as radiator in the bathroom was tiny. No lamps in the bedrooms so have to get out of bed to turn light off, Only very small things, but would have made it so much better. There is parking over the road which is £10 a day. We found a space up the hill at the back of the property but it is extremely steep to walk up so need to be fairly fit. The kitchen was nice and had most things. Everywhere was clean.

Mr M,

Fabulous view and very well presented cottage.Would definitely recommend Easy access to everything.

Mr F,

Clean comfortable apartment in kingswear with all amenities and everything you need in one place. Great views of harbours on both sides. Did not like the meter in kitchen telling us we had gone over budget as we went out every day. Plus struggled with recycling as not really adequate at bottom of stairs which needs to be bigger. Enjoyed our stay but had a few surprises when arrived, as no where to park and unload and got very wet. Lovely walk for our dogs at short distance which was very pleasant. Thank you
