Overview
Babbacombe Mews is a fantastic location only a short walk from the Torquay Marina, restaurants, town centre shops, beaches and Wellswood village. Whilst being close to the town centre, this holiday home also benefits from a very pleasant tucked away location and offers guests a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The house has recently been built and is laid out on two floors with the lounge, family bathroom and kitchen-diner on the ground floor and two bedrooms with family bathroom upstairs. This holiday property benefits from private parking and an enclosed patio. Two mid-size pets are welcome.
Families and groups of four will find Babbacombe Mews a perfectly equipped property as the house is tastefully furnished and boasts a complimentary private parking space as well as a terrace and hot tub.
Please note: The hot tub is available from Easter until 1st October
Entrance: The gate through the paved front patio area, entering the hallway between kitchen and lounge.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/Diner: The dining area has a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and has an AEG electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (70/30), bean to cup Jura coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer.
Lounge: The living area is furnished with two 2- seater sofas and coffee tables for your comfort. TV, DVD & some books for reading.
Bathroom: Ground floor bathroom with walk in shower, sink unit, WC and shaving point.
Terrace: There is an enclosed terrace to the front with a large outside rattan sofa, dining table for four, gas bbq and hot tub situated under a gazebo. The terrace gets the early morning and late afternoon sun.
First Floor
Bedroom 1 The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside lamps on built in shelves, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair.
Bedroom 2 this bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables with reading lights, chest of drawers, chair and a wardrobe.
Family bathroom Tiled, contemporary bathroom with bath and a shower head attachment, WC, wash-hand basin and shaving point. The bathroom has a sky light.
Parking: 1 allocated space in the private car park in front of the property.
Changeover Day: Saturday
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: electric underfloor central heating, included in rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
