Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great apartment with stunning views. Underground car park very useful. Bit of a walk back up to the apartment from the town so you need to be mobile. Number 12 bus runs every 10 minutes to Brixham so very handy not having to use the car .

Absolutely stunning views in all weathers. The walk down to the seafront via the cliff walk was easy and, once we had found the best way to walk back up to the property - along the road, avoiding steps where possible - there was no problem in getting to all the places we wanted to visit.

This property has amazing views! The secure car park is excellent and the building felt very safe. The double bed was very comfy. The kitchen area is quite small but functional. We had a couple of issues on arrival but we received prompt help sorting them out and have fed back to the owners and Original Cottages.
