Upstairs is the living area, where you’ll find comfortable sofas, a gas fire, a TV and doors out to a balcony. There is also an en-suite bathroom and three bedrooms – a double with an en-suite, a twin with an en-suite and a bunk bedroom.

This property is located next to the harbour (less than 0.5 miles), where you can choose from a fabulous array of restaurants and pubs. Spend your time away exploring the attractions on your doorstep, including a theatre, bowling alley and dinosaur exhibition (within 0.5 miles). If you’re an adventure seeker, jump on a boat or jet ski from the harbour. For the history geeks, Torre Abbey (1.5 miles) is 800 years old, with 7 acres of gardens to explore. Even if you visited a new nearby beach every day for a week, you still won’t get to check them all out. The best ones around are Torquay Beach (1 mile) because of how close it is, Meadfoot (1 mile) for its surf, and Maidencombe (4.5 miles) if you want somewhere secluded.
