Description

Holly Blue is a modern two bedroom cottage, set in a conservation area , an ideal base to explore all the Isle of Purbeck has on offer. Swanage is a fabulous seaside town , with an excellent beach, coastal walks and quaint town centre.

Holly Blue sleeps four, in one twin bedroom, and one king size bedroom, both with ensuite on the first floor.  The ground floor has a hallway, cloakroom, bright kitchen/diner, and a cosy lounge.  Outside there is a small fully enclosed rear garden, and allocated parking for one car.  Extra parking is available on the street.

Holly Blue has been equipped and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your holiday in style and comfort.

Everything in the house exceeded our expectations and we were extremely comfortable. Holly Blue is clean, bright with excellent facilities including a really useful private parking space. We followed the information pack and walked from the house on the Priests’ way to the dinosaur footprints and Dancing Ledge, caught the steam train to Corfe Castle and had two great meals at the dog friendly Black Swan. The road is very quiet with a great fish and chip shop two minutes away at the end of the road. We had a great week and would recommend Holly Blue, Swanage and the Isle of Purbeck as a great holiday destination.

Everything was lovely. It was obvious that this property is a home rather than just a holiday rental. The house was warm, comfortable and very well-equipped. It was stylish without being fussy and nicely decorated for Christmas. It is invaluable to have a parking space. The house is very conveniently located in a quiet residential street but only minutes away from a very good shop and a friendly local pub, and 20 mins walk to the town and seafront. We are already thinking of rebooking.

We thoroughly recommend Holly Blue. It was in a lovely quiet location (with a great chippie five minutes walk away!), five minute drive to the beach at Swanage, and the kitchen/diner was superb and so well equipped. Masses of crockery and cutlery which was very welcome. Beds very comfortable and really good to have an en-suite to each bedroom. The owners had left a lot of excellent information on the surrounding area, including plenty of information on dog walks! A real bonus was having your own parking space at the back of the property. We will hopefully be returning!

Great house, lovely and clean. Everything we needed was there, even for our dog. There was plenty of off-Road parking all the time as well as the allocated parking space. I would definitely use this house again, best house we’ve ever rented. We had an amazing time.

We have stayed at Holly Blue twice now and both times have had a lovely stay. I have several boxes that need ticks when I book a holiday. A King size bed, two bathrooms, a garden for our westie and parking on site. Holly Blue ticks all the boxes. It is great. Having The Black Swan pub down the road is an added bonus as they are very welcoming and dog friendly, they serve good food and beer. We would highly recommend Holly Blue.
