Ballard Vista is a bright and airy one bedroom flat with a lounge, kitchen diner with large bay windows. You can relax enjoying spectacular views of the sea, the Isle of Wight, the Downs or can follow trains as they come and go and the engine as it puffs up the valley.
Situated in a quiet conservation area, the town, sandy beach, station and local shops are all within a few minutes, mostly level walk. The Victorian building was newly renovated in 2018.

There is no parking allocated to the property however it is easy to park in the side streets nearby. Once you arrive you can easily reach many local attractions on foot or by train. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep so please take this into consideration if you have mobility concerns.
