Description
Occupying the first, second and third floors of one of the most sought after properties in Swanage, 3 Dolphin house offers a substantial holiday home with plenty of space and accommodation for up to eleven guests with panoramic sea views. Take in the breathtaking views from the living room, the crystal blue waters can be enjoyed from the comfortable window seat, with large picture windows that frame the scenery of Swanage Bay, over to the historic Old Harry Rocks and even the Isle of Wight on a clear summers day. The living room is comfortable, with feature fireplace, easy seating and a dining table with seating.
Through to the newly refurbished kitchen, a bright and airy room with everything you need for an enjoyable evening meal or even a quick breakfast on the go. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom and utility room along with a double bedroom.
Four further bedrooms follow on the second floor; a double, a twin, a bunk and a single. There is also a family bathroom between the first and second floor to service the bedrooms.
Enjoy even more spectacular views from the twin bedroom on the third floor, with two single beds and an easy window seat where you can admire the stunning views past the pier over to Swanage bay and the Purbeck hills beyond.
The beautiful seaside town of Swange is just half a mile away and offers a wide and varied choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Explore the coastline from Durlston Country Park or walk eastwards to Studland and the lovely sand dunes.
