A beautifully presented bright, well equipped ground floor holiday apartment with sea views of Swanage bay and also the stunning views of Ballard Down from the fabulous private decked area. Beautiful landscaped garden at the front of the property.  Within easy walking distance ( less than five minutes ) of Swanage Town Centre and the super pier and of course the beach where you can explore many independent shops, cafes and restaurants, making the most of the close but quiet location. Enjoy making SeaBreeze your base to enjoy all of the local area or simply chill out and relax in the very pretty enclosed garden, or watch a movie in the stylish lounge filled with natural light, high ceilings and lovely views.

Bedroom: 1) King size, with large fitted wardrobe and door to the garden.

Bathroom: Modern bathroom suite with shower over bath, w.c. and hand basin

Lounge: Comfortable L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, patio doors out to the garden.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room:  Very modern gloss units, contrasting worktops with electric oven, gas hob, integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine dining table and chairs, microwave, coffee machine and door leading out to the garden.

Garden: Secluded and enclosed with table and chairs, modern planting and astro turf.

Wifi: Included.

Linen & Towels: Provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Fuel: Gas central heating.

Parking: One allocated parking space at the property, next to the garage.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment only minutes away from the High Street and pier.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment which was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Off street parking was a must for my partner and it was very useful as the roads around are very narrow.

Perfectly positioned to explore Swanage - 5 min walk to the centre. (Note - hill). Very comfortable and well appointed with views right across the bay. Would be lovely in the summer with rear patio area.

Great cottage and facilties, close to the pier and town centre, but the real joy is the view of Swanage Bay and Ballard Down. In midsummer the sunset and sunrise are simply spectacular.

Accuracy of listing details. Yes you have a nice area outside the front of the property but the next door neighbour/owners front door is part of this. The front door of the property is actually a sliding patio door. The owners have the front door. There is an interconnecting door in the property. Presumably through to the owners property. The bathroom is level with neighbours garden and no blinds are provided. Lack of privacy. No where to hang a towel in bathroom. No heated towel rail. The big issue for us was that you have no control of the heating of the property. This was set at 18 degrees so if you are not warm enough. Tough. Not good enough for the price paid. We have been coming to Swanage for years now and have stayed at much better properties. Won't be returning to this one.

A lovely, roomy 'nest ' which had good views over Swanage Bay. About a 5 minute walk down to the High Street where there were a great selection of 'eateries' , Mowlem Theatre for both cinema and live entertainment. Access to lovely walks across the bay. The accommodation was clean, airy light, and well equipped. We really felt at home. Thank you.
