Reviews

We had a fabulous time. A great location to get to Nothe Forte and the cove. And also to go to the seafront and town centre. Just a lot of hills and steps to go to all those areas.

Mrs W,

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in Mariner's Cottage. The cottage is extremely comfortable, well decorated and cosy and we felt very at home there. It is in a quiet residential area, but within easy walking distance to Hope Square, the Quayside and into the town/seafront. A definite plus for us non drivers! A lot of attention has been given to providing everything you might need plus clever storage space for clothes and other items in the bedrooms and bathroom. There is an attractive patio area with a table and seating to enjoy meals and drinks outside. We hope to return to Mariner's Cottage sometime in the future as we liked it so much!

Mr M,

Comfortable compact cottage in a very good location. Walking distance to everything. Parking in narrow streets can be tricky.

Mrs B,

Great property, well equipped, very dog friendly, seemed pretty child friendly too (we have a teen that only needs a bed & a plug socket for her tech) Brilliant location for exploring Weymouth without being too busy. We visited early Dec & parking (for camper) was no problem in a nearby street. Lovely touches like having a welcome pack in the house & treats for the dog & books / games to play. A couple of handy corner shops nearby & Asda not far, tons of pubs & a really decent chippy - Barrett’s - a couple mins walk!

Mr C,
