Reviews

Good location, just to remind to any potential guests it's on the 3rd floor so quiet alot of steps ,but don't let that stop you, I'd definitely stay there again.

Mr J,

Sea Breeze is situated right in the centre of Weymouth so close to all shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Parking is arranged by Derek, the owner, at the car park in the next street. You can use the taxi space across the road to unload but the car park is only a minute away. The entrance to Sea Breeze, at the back of Poundstretcher looks a bit unprepossessing but don't let that put you off. Sea Breeze is at the top of the building, on the third floor. There's no lift so if you struggle with steps then it's probably not for you. However once you get up there the apartment is surprisingly spacious. To the left of the entrance hall are the two bedrooms, the first with twin beds and the second with a (very comfortable) double bed. The rooms are light and airy, and there's plenty of hanging/drawer space. To the right is the bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and beyond that the spacious living area which runs the full width of the house. There's a roof terrace that's accessible from the living area, It's clean, modern and very comfortable and I felt very much at home there. There's a Tesco Express right over the road as well. The owner has supplied games and jigsaws to keep you occupied if you need it. Just a couple of words of warning. Because it's at the top of the building, there is a sloping roof so be careful (particularly in the bedrooms) to mind your head. Also, it's right in the centre of town and there's a popular pub right over the road, so there can potentially be a bit of noise particularly on Friday & Saturday nights. It's nothing terrible though and only people noise, not music. In summary, it's a great place and good value if you want to be central and don't have a problem with three flights of stairs. It's certainly big enough for a family of four. I'd certainly book it again if I were coming back to Weymouth.

Mr S,

Good location in the midst of the shopping and eating area with easy access to the beach. Despite this parking is conveniently close. NB it is at the top of the building up 57 steps!

Mr W,

The apartment was in a good location to the shops and beach, however it is within the shops and pubs, so it was a little noisy at times, but not to much disruption. The information booklet was useful to have. Be aware that the walls are slarnted so not as easy to move around at times, especially if you are tall.

Mrs H,

Lovely flat in fantastic location (right by pubs, shops, beach) would highly recommend and return

Miss B,

Very comfortable apartment, bang in the centre of Weymouth town. We usually stay at Waterside holiday park, but now that our children are older we decided to stay in town instead. I'm glad we did and I recommend it to anyone who loves Weymouth.

Mr P,

The property is clean, spacious and warm . It is very well equipped and the central location is ideal. The parking permit is useful but not many spaces were available during the time of our stay. As stated in the description, this is a top floor flat but there are quite a few flights of stairs to negotiate and restricted headroom within parts of the property.

Mrs C,
