Lovely cottage. Very clean and comfortable. Great location.

Great property and really enjoyed our stay. Short 2 minute walk from the sea front and 2 good takeaways also less than 5 minutes away. Location is good for exploring Canterbury and the Weald, the Kent coast and going west to Rye and East Sussex.

Wonderfully clean with all the basics provided. We’ve had a wonderful week and hope to return in the future. So much thought has gone into this cottage by the owners, it is fantastic.

Seaglass Cottage is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. It is located close to the beach but also within walking distance of the town centre with its small shops and supermarkets. The immediate area around the cottage has an excellent fish and chip shop and two good public houses, one of which sells noodles. The local people are very friendly.

Excellent property. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Ideal location for beach and shops. Free on road parking. We had a very comfortable and relaxing week.

Seaglass cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Hythe seafront and town. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in Hythe.

We stayed at Seaglass Cottage for the 2nd time and we had a lovely time. It is very well equipped and in a really good spot for the beach and shopping. We would definitely come again.

26/4 - 3/5. Lovely week in this cosy cottage: good location and amazingly quiet. Like other guests we explored Hythe/Folkestone including the steam railway to Dungeness [try the Pilot Inn for lunch following a walk to see Derek Jarmen's Prospect Cottage]. We can also recommend Walmer Castle/Deal; Richborough Roman Fort/Sandwich for day trips along with the Battle of Britain Memorial. There was a warm welcome and a couple of tasty meals at the local Red Lion pub.

Really enjoyed our stay. We took my 87 year old Mum away for a short break to Hythe and she had a great time. She coped ok with the stairs too which are quite steep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Everything we needed was all there. Bed really comfortable. Great location - just a minute to the beach. Also great paths for walking the dog.

This beautiful, well equipped cottage is in a perfect location for the beach and High Street. Tastefully decorated throughout, with the owners artistic traits noticeable and adding a personal touch. Comfortable beds too, ensuring a good nights sleep after a beach walk. Thank you for the welcome pack and dog treats, nice touch x

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It was very clean, comfortable, warm and well equipped. The area was quiet and we had no problem parking on the street.

Such a lovely stay over Christmas to be near family nearby and it couldn't have been more comfortable and ideal for a seaside stay. Warm, welcoming, with beautiful decor and all the important things that make a difference like comfortable beds, a decent shower, well equipped kitchen, near to amenities and interesting walks close by- whether seafront or the town. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Seaglass cottage is perfectly located to explore Hythe and the surrounding areas. The seafront is a 2 minute walk away, and you can see the sea from the main bedroom. We had no difficulties parking either directly outside or near the cottage each day. Hythe high street is a short stroll away, with plenty of independent shops to explore, along with great pubs and cafes. Take a walk up to the church, the view from there is amazing. The cottage was very clean, with a really well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfy unlike many holiday homes we’ve stayed in. It really did feel like a home from home. We’d have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and will definitely book again as it was excellent.

Seaglass Cottage is a perfect property for visiting the Kent coast. It is immaculately decorated and furnished. It is extremely comfortable. It is located not very far from the beach at Hythe in an area of mainly small houses. The immediate surrounding area has a real sense of community. People are very friendly and there are some excellent cafes and public houses within easy walking distance. The fish and chip shop along Park Road provides superb food, beautifully cooked. The owners of the property are very helpful and friendly. I love this place.
