Garden Flat is part of an imposing house set in stunning gardens. A pretty patio area leads to this superb apartment located in the heart of historic Sandwich - yet a very peaceful and relaxing holiday home. The property has been thoughtfully designed and is presented immaculately - the perfect place for your holiday base. There are a host of local attractions to visit during your stay - you will have to return to fit them all in! Shop 500 yards Pub 500 yards Coast 2 miles

Ground Floor:
Entrance Hall with tiled floor, dining table, chairs and dresser to one end and a cupboard housing the tumble dryer
Sitting Room has parquet flooring with rug, two seater sofabed, armchair, occasional tables, corner display cabinet, bookshelves and TV/DVD
Kitchen has a tiled floor, an electric oven and induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, freezer, and washing machine
Bedroom 1  is carpeted and has a lovely kingsize brass bed, bedside tables, built-in cupboards, wardrobe and dressing table
Bedroom 2 is also carpeted and has a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chair
Bathroom has a "P" shaped bath with shower over, washbasin and w.c

Parking: Ample parking.
Garden: Patio with furniture at front of property.
Heating: Gas central heating.

The most perfect oasis of comfort and calm, tucked away from the busyness but in such easy walking distance of the delights of Sandwich. The Garden Flat was exactly as described but better. It was immaculately clean and easily the most well-equipped cottage we've ever stayed in. The hosts were quite delightful- friendly and informative but not in any way intrusive. We absolutely recommend The Garden Flat.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the garden flat. It had everything we were looking for: a quiet location, our own patio and garden area and free parking. 10 minute walk into the centre of Sandwich which has a great choice of cafes and restaurants. The Haven cafe and My Thai are particularly good value for money, and offer good vegetarrian selections. Our hosts Loretta and Julien were very welcoming, and helpful with any queries. We liked our welcome pack which contained tea, coffee biscuits and marmalade. There was also milk in the fridge which we felt was very thoughtful. A fabulous ground floor flat in a beautiful setting less than 5 mins walk to the quay. Ideally placed for visiting the surrounding area - Warmer, Deal, Canterbury, Whitstable and Broadstairs all a must. The property is situated in a cull de sac with no through road so very private and quiet. Sandwich is a lovely town to potter around with a selection of restaurants and takeaways. The property had everything we needed and our hosts Loretta and Julian were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Lovely flat in a large victorian house, has comfortable accommodation and a well equipped kitchen. Very close to centre of Sandwich and to the station (especially by foot). Garden is beautiful, parking is OK but I needed a helper to park. Very helpful and friendly hosts who live in the main house above. Would highly recommend.
