Description
Little Close is a traditional Lakeland stone building that has been extensively refurbished to produce a fantastic property, with many modern touches complimented by the original features. Sleeping 6 people in 3 bedrooms, the house is ideally located between Windermere and Bowness, with an array of restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away. Downstairs, there is the fully equipped kitchen/diner with everything you could possibly need for your stay, the dining table seats 6 in comfort, and you have the outside seating area directly off the Kitchen with 2 doors opening to create a wonderful space. The lounge area has a sweeping comfortable sofa, facing the idyllic Wood burner, a perfect spot to plan the next day's activity or relax in front of the TV with BT TV including BT sports included.
Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each presently decorated with neutral tones, creating light and airy rooms. There is a super king-size room, a king-size with recently refurbished ensuite shower, and a twin room with Tv and Xbox with game pass, ideal for the younger members of your party. Also on this floor is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead shower,
Outside you have an enclosed patio area just off the kitchen with a table and chairs.
