Visiting West Cornwall 

West Cornwall is deservingly one of the UK’s most popular holiday destinations, famed for its miles of golden beaches and fascinating local culture. The town of St. Ives is often considered to be the jewel in the crown of Cornwall and certainly has a lot to recommend it as a first-rate seaside resort. While St. Ives enjoys a traditional maritime heritage, the town is also famed for is vibrant support for the arts. There are numerous museums and art galleries housing wonderful works and displays, including the famed Tate St. Ives – a must see for anyone with even a passing interest in art.

Another popular seaside location in West Cornwall is Carbis Bay, which is well-known for its charming sandy beach and picturesque walks. 

Further afield and just a short drive from West Cornwall is the iconic Minack Theatre.
