Description
This carefully converted and renovated barn conversion; is a perfect base for a North Norfolk getaway, and just a mile from Southrepps – a peaceful Norfolk countryside village. The village pub makes for a great stop-off (1 mile) after a long walk exploring the surrounding conservation area with links to Paston Way and Weaver’s Way. Just 2 miles in the other direction, you will stumble across the quaint village of Gimingham, great for wildlife spotting whilst walking. Trimingham Beach is just 3 miles away, but the property has great access to multiple beautiful North Norfolk beaches such as Overstrand (4.3 miles), Mundesley (4 miles) and Cromer (6 miles), all with great cafes, amusements, and of course, ice cream. The Norfolk Broads (10 miles) is also easily accessible from the property, with its miles of waterways and water-based activities, the National Park makes for a great family day out.
This contemporary barn conversion makes the perfect base for a seaside getaway with your family, with the bonus of being surrounded by tranquil countryside. Upon entering the barn, you are greeted by a newly renovated (2023), farmhouse style kitchen/diner that is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create a home-cooked family meal. There is also a bright and large shower room in this section of the property. Through into the living room, the stylish interiors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, assisted further by the wood burning stove – there is also comfortable seating and Smart TV perfect to relax after a busy day exploring. Further down the hallway, there are two comfortable and spacious bedrooms: one double and one twin, perfect for a family setup. Completing the property is a family bathroom to wash off those sandy toes.
At the front of the barn, there is a courtyard area with garden furniture to enjoy a meal alfresco. There is also a picnic table under cover, just in case. Easily accessible on foot, you can walk into the acre of woodland available exclusively to guests. Look out for the resident hares that give the property its name!
