Description

Situated in a peaceful setting, this home is a wonderful blend of modern with a cosy cottage feel, in the centre of North Norfolk, with great access to the coast and surrounding countryside. Buxton Heath (1 mile) makes a great spot for stretching your legs with friends or family. Bure Valley Railway (4 miles) promises a great day out, offering an 18-mile steam train round trip into the Norfolk Broads. The town of Aylsham (3 miles) offers a great mix of restaurants, bars and cafes. If you are interested in the local history, the National Trust property Blickling Hall (5.5 miles) is nearby and has a great shop, café and walkways. Just 11 miles away is the historic city of Norwich, where you can have fun exploring or shopping. Alternatively, head out to the coast, and explore the seaside town of Cromer, Overstrand (14.5 miles), or Sheringham (19 miles) to experience real Cromer crab, or some fish and chips.

This delightful cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It offers a spacious and contemporary kitchen/diner which is beautifully presented, with patio doors that open up from the dining area onto the patio and garden. Just off the kitchen area is a separate utility space as well as a cloakroom. Next door you will find the living room with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner-style electric fire. This is the perfect spot to rest and relax after exploring this wonderful part of Norfolk. From here the room wraps around under the staircase where you will find an additional living space with a comfy sofa and desk. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms – one double, one twin and one single. Each has its own distinctive character. The stylish family bathroom is also on this floor.

Outside the cottage, there is a small front garden. To the rear is where you will find the property’s enclosed garden with a patio area with views out over the neighbouring fields.
