Reviews

This barn has everything you could want and more!! The welcome goodies were a lovely touch. The grounds are well kept and it was lovely to see all the wildlife around. We had a really relaxing stay. Close enough to Norwich but also in the middle of nowhere. We would love to come back in the future.

Mrs H,

Brilliant stay in a great property. Ideally situated for day trips and the welcome pack was a great touch. Will definitely look at booking again.

Mr M,

Very clean a nice welcome fully equipped warm barn

Mr T,

The cottage was really spacious, extremely clean and homely. The location is brilliant as it is in a quiet and tranquil area with the amenities between five to ten minutes away. The owners are extremely welcoming caring and helpful if needed. We are definitely going to book again.

Ms J,

Great location, good dog friendly cafes near by. Lovely stay for 4 nights, for my dogs first birthday. Would recommend this cottage to anyone, and hopefully be back in the future.

Mr M,

Lovely setting in a rural peaceful location but only 10 minutes from Norwich. The barn is a real gem. Superbly furnished and equipped. A great base for exploring North and South Norfolk and even into Suffolk. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely accommodation and we will be revisiting at some time in the future.

Mr L,

A modern well equipped place to stay . secure area for dogs to play warm welcome from owners on arrival

Mrs T,

Arrived here 2nd Sept til the 6th Sept 2024. Beautiful accomodation very clean, kitchen very well equipped and bed very comfortable. Welcome pack a lovely thought as well. Property very close to the Norfolk broads and Norwich. Cromer, Holt and Sheringham 45 mins away. Two restaurants near by 2 mins by car 15 min walk otherwise, but the road to walk to the pubs in the dark is unsafe as no lights so wouldnt recommend walking when its dark. Outside patio lovely at Hazel Barn and large field for dogs etc. Tesco store 5 mins drive away. Lovely village called Lodden 7 miles away worth a visit and Wroxham certainly worth a vist. We will definitely stay again

Mr Q,

Beautiful place very peaceful some lovely places to visit absolutely lovely will definitely go back and would definitely recommend to my friends

Miss S,

Hazel Barn , was spot less and homely everything that we wanted in a break away . The owners were very friendly and our little dog enjoyed her stay as well . You would not be disappointed , we would visit again

Mr L,

A fantastic place to stay. Private, quiet and perfectly located to visit coast and Norfolk Broads attractions. Extremely pleasant grounds, perfectly equipped to make your stay a comfortable home from home.

Mrs W,

The barn was beautiful and so spacious, in a very quiet area, great for some R&R but also great if you want to be close to Norwich, the Broads and the coast. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay again.

Miss F,

Very beautiful barn with lots of space. Everything we needed was provided. Barn is located just outside Norwich and is down a very quiet country lane. Perfectly located for us to explore all of Norfolk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mr H,

We loved the location and the comfort of the barn, very well laid out , bed particularly comfortable!!! Our dogs loved it and the younger one was reluctant to leave!!

Mrs W,

Beautiful clean quiet comfortable location. A joy to watch wildlife in garden. Owners very helpful.

Mrs P,

A lovely comfortable barn. Very peaceful and quiet with lovely grounds for the dog to run around in.

Mr D,

We loved the cottage, the location and what you have done with the place, the only negative to the whole experience was the dog barking pretty constantly and from early hours but I know this is not your fault, if anything we just wanted the dog to be welcomed in their home rather than being chained outside all day and night, both being huge dog lovers!

Miss H,
