College Valley Cottages

The College Valley Cottages sit on the foot of the Cheviot Hills in the Northumberland National Park. Each of the four cottages is surrounded by beautiful scenery with panoramic countryside views - perfect for romantic breaks or active holidays. Each property offers a peaceful haven in a truly idyllic setting with fantastic walking opportunities right from your holiday cottage and a variety of wildlife can be seen throughout the year.

There are four holiday cottages in College Valley: Coldburn Cottage (sleeps four), The School House (sleeps four), Hethpool Mill (sleeps six) and Dunsdale House (sleeps eight). Together these cottages sleep up to 22 guests, making them perfect for a large group of friends or several families holidaying together.

To enter the valley, day visitors must first buy a car permit from a neighbouring town and only 12 permits are issued each day, therefore the valley is unlikely to ever feel crowded, leaving your group free to come and go with ease and enjoy the tranquillity of this special valley.
