This former farm cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The ground floor offers three bright and ambient bedrooms, a family bathroom, and access to a sunny, south westerly facing garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Taking full advantage of the views, the stunning first-floor open plan living space with a beamed vaulted ceiling has a spacious high-quality kitchen with a large island, and a tastefully furnished sitting and dining area. Enjoy the sunset through the westerly Juliet balcony and to the east take in the wonderful view of the countryside with the stunning backdrop of Bamburgh Castle and The Farne Islands beyond.
The quiet hamlet of East Burton is just 1.5 miles from the village of Bamburgh, take a gentle stroll through country lanes and fields and enjoy a delightful choice of quaint shops and cosy cafes as well as several pubs and restaurants for evening entertainment.
Property: A two-storey cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are on the first floor.
Groundfloor
Entrance and central hallway: with space for outdoor coats and shoes, glazed door with direct access to enclosed garden.
Master bedroom: to the rear of the property with French doors to the garden: king-size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables, occasional chair, reading lamps, and hairdryer.
Ensuite: walk-in shower, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, and illuminated mirror.
Bedroom 2: to the rear of the property with views over the garden. A zip-link Super King size bed which can be configured as two singles, wall-mounted Smart TV, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, occasional chair, reading lamps, and hairdryer. Bedroom 3: to the front of the property with 3ft single bed which has a pull-out trundle to make a double if required. Integral wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, occasional chair, and reading lamp.

Pets: Three small well-behaved dogs welcome at £25.00 per week or part thereof. Please do not leave your pets unattended at the property or allow them on furniture.
