Located just 0.5 miles from the vast sandy beach, this home-from-home cottage is an ideal base for two people from which to explore the picturesque Northumbrian countryside and coastline. Situated within the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s a haven for bird and outdoor enthusiasts alike. The historic market town of Seahouses, with a pretty harbour offering boat trips to the Farne Islands is under 2 miles away. The bay at Beadnell offers a variety of water sports, including surfing, windsurfing, snorkelling and diving. For those that want to stay out of the water, there are miles of coastline to explore with trails accessible right from the front door. The tidal island of Lindisfarne, or Holy Island as it’s often known, is 20 miles away and Bamburgh, with its stunning seafront castle, is 5 miles away.

Accessed via a couple of stone steps, but all on one floor once inside, this welcoming apartment offers an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which is spacious and tastefully furnished. After a wonderful day in the great outdoors, sink into the sofa and snuggle up for a film on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for a self-catering break.
