Reviews

Lovely welcoming cottage, ideal for a multi generational holiday. Spotlessly clean with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Perfectly situated between the coast and hills. Well named as the stars in the Black Skies were awesome.

Mr F,

Well equipped and comfortable property.

Mrs F,

Very good equipment and a lovely home which was in a great location with lovely views across the valley Close to a great pub and not far from the lovely coastal scenery.

Mr T,

The house was very welcoming and comfortable. We felt at home immediately and consider it to be one of the best if not the very best of a long line of holiday properties that we have rented over the years. It was ideally located for introducing our three generational family group to Northumberland. The village shop and community hall play area (with fantastic zip wire) are fantastic facilities that Chatton can offer to the holidaymaker. The Percy Arms (just around the corner) served excellent food.

Mr M,

Very comfortable and spacious property in an ideal village location midway between the beautiful Northumberland coast and the Cheviots.

Mr G,

A very clean and well laid out cottage. All the facilities required for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. In a quiet but accessible location near the main coastal resorts and attractions. Beautiful countryside and views from your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful neighbours. The perfect place for a relaxed and wonderful holiday.

Mr E,

Beautiful modern property. Well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds. Lovely setting. Plenty to explore nearby.

Ms E,

Lovely comfortable cottage in a good location, Chatton is a nice quiet village with a small general store and pub. Wooler only few miles with shops and Milan, italian restaurant which is really good. Sunnyhills farm shop at Belford also very good and not far to Berwick and Spittal.

Mrs P,

We loved our stay, it's a home away from home. Stunning inside and out, beautifully furnished and lovely welcome gift. We almost don't want to leave a review in the hope of keeping it quiet! We will definitely book again.

Mr C,

The cottage was very comfortable and lovely and warm. It was perfect for a family break, especially having a ground floor bedroom and bathroom for the less mobile. The single beds are a good size and suitable for adults. All the furnishings are very good quality and it's easy to relax. We would definitely stay here again. Chatton is a very peaceful little village with a pub that does good meals.

Ms D,

This is a gorgeous cottage, beautifully done up and clearly loved. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal to explore the beautiful coast and beaches and castles. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfy, towels fluffy and everything spotlessly clean.
