Reviews

Lovely cottage. Very comfortable and bathroom had both a shower and bath. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

Mrs B,

This property is not worth staying at. Starting with the coldness, lack of instant heating. Cleanliness very poor, dirty towel left in basket. Ladies personal pleasure equipment found in bedside cabinet. Hoover did not have a bag, so could not clean. Lots of broken furniture and items. Dusty items stored under bed, which was an old sprung mattress. Many other issues. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Mr A,

A lovely little cottage with thoughtful touches provided by the owners. It is well positioned near to the harbour and the pubs with good parking.

Mrs W,

Good location, comfortable and well equipped.

Mr W,

Very warm and comfortable apart from the dreadful mattress which needs replacing.

Mr W,

It as a pleasant little cottage in a nice location. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The kitchen and lounge very small compared to the good sized bedroom and bathroom. Another towel rail in the bathroom would be good. The garden area is not suitable for medium to large dogs. The cottage would suit 2 people best.

Mr W,

Fabulous location and a fabulous holiday we had a problem but was soon sorted

Mr W,

The double bed mattress must be replaced, the cottage is in a great location, the garden is fabulous for dogs

Mrs G,

It was a great location and cosy cottage but the mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, I suffer with a bad back and this made it a lot worse. There had already been comments made about this in the comments book in the cottage, but obviously not acknowledged which is a shame. I look forward to my own bed for a good nights sleep.

Miss H,

Perfect location in Seahouses. Sweet property and garden. Not perfect but affordable and homely.

Mrs B,

A very comfortable cottage , there is everything one needs and wants. We had a lovely stay and the position is fabulous.

Mr L,

Great cottage, awesome location.

Mr H,

Great little cottage in a good location, just around the corner from the harbour and Main Street. Outdoor area was perfect for our little dog. No problems with parking, very narrow archway entrance but ok if taken slowly. TV needs replacing, it stopped working on our last day - reported. Lots of places to eat/drink, many takeaways and a co op open until 10pm Monday to Saturday. A very friendly place to visit, we would return.

Mrs E,

We had a great time, the weather was great & the location of the cottage is excellent. Lovely little outside space & the courtyard (& the other surrounding ones) is lovely.

Mrs R,

Flat met our requirements and our only issue was with heating and there was no blue bin for re-cycling that we could see.

Mr M,

Our 2nd stay this year, and will be returning again for sure. This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in the perfect location. Highly recommended.

Mrs M,

Good location for the harbour but be aware if you have a larger vehicle the archway entrance is tight especially when everyone puts the wheels bins out in the arch the night before collection, also scaffolding up on the house where you turn in,

Mr H,
